Almost 150 kms. away from the state capital, in the far flung coal-belt area of Talcher, where the majority man power of Mahanadi Coalfields Limited ( a subsidiary of Coal India Limited ) is  busy digging Black Diamond, my teammates at DAV,Jagannath Area have been putting the best of their efforts to build the career of the wards of MCL employees. Within a short span of  07 years, since its inception, the school could create a history for itself and got the recognition of being the PRIDE OF DAV for years together. I am thankful to the parents and students for having tremendous faith & confidence in us. I’m sure the DAV Fraternity at Jagannath Area would definitely continue to produce good citizens who will not only make a good living but a good life as well.
